The Grayson County Cougars basketball team scored 79 points and held the host McLean County Cougars to 57 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity for a District 12 contest on Friday, February 9. Grayson County will battle a Raiders team coming off a 73-30 non-league loss to Ohio County (Hartford, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 1-20.
The Cougars (14-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ohio County (Hartford, KY). The Eagles enter the District 10 contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Ohio County triumphed over Trinity (Whitesville, KY), 73-30, in a non-league contest.
