The Meridian Mustangs (Sanford, MI) basketball felled the host Hemlock Huskies (Hemlock, MI), 59-43 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Beaverton (Beaverton, MI). The Beavers go into the Jack Pine test with a 7-9 record. In their last test, Beaverton was beaten by Pinconning (Pinconning, MI), 47-35, in a league test.
The Huskies now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Swan Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13.
