Virginia High School Basketball - King's Fork trounces Hickory

The King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA), 85-40 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (15-4) will now prepare for their test against Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA). The Warriors go into the Southeastern test with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Nansemond River was trounced by Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA), 71-59, in a league test.
The Hawks now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Grassfield for a Southeastern test on Friday, February 9. Hickory will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 58-41 league win over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-9.
