The Horicon Marshmen basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Lomira Lions to 58 in the Marshmen non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Marshmen now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayland Academy for a Trailways - East contest on Thursday, February 8. Horicon will battle a Big Red team coming off a 69-50 league win over Valley Christian (Oshkosh, WI). The Big Red record now stands at 3-12.
The Lions (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac, WI). The Ledgers come into the Flyway contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, St. Mary's Springs was defeated by Roncalli (Manitowoc, WI), 59-49, in a non-league contest.
