Colorado High School Basketball - Prospect Ridge Academy nipped by Jefferson Academy

The Jefferson Academy Jaguars tipped the visiting Prospect Ridge Academy Miners basketball team by a final score of 47-45 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Jaguars face the The Academy Wildcats (Westminster, CO) in a 4A/3A Metropolitan game, on Thursday, February 8. Jefferson Academy will attempt to move on its 10-9 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 6-15 record after their 92-48 league loss to Kent Denver (Englewood, CO).

With the defeat, Prospect Ridge Academy moves to 8-8 on the year. The Miners host Forge Christian (Arvada, CO) to face the Fury in a 4A/3A Metropolitan game on Friday, February 9.
