The Langford Lions basketball team (Langford, SD), was overwhelmed 56-27 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] Tigers (Rosholt, SD)

The Tigers now possess a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richland for a B District 1 battle on Thursday, February 8. Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] will confront a Colts team coming off a 59-44 league loss to Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND). The Colts record now stands at 5-12.

The Lions (0-16) will now prepare for their battle against Faulkton (Faulkton, SD). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Faulkton was overwhelmed by Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD), 55-51, in a league battle.
