The South Lafourche Tarpons topped the host Morgan City Tigers basketball team by a final score of 59-50 in Tuesday's league game.
In their next game, the Tarpons face the Berwick Panthers (Berwick, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 7. South Lafourche will attempt to move on its 10-16 season record.
With the defeat, Morgan City moves to 6-19 on the year. The Tigers host South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA) to face the Gators in a 4A District 7 game on Friday, February 9.
