The Norfolk Academy Bulldogs basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Walsingham Academy Trojans to 15 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy for a Tidewater Independent contest on Friday, February 9. Norfolk Academy will battle a Saints team coming off a 59-50 league loss to Steward (Richmond, VA). The Saints record now stands at 11-11.

The Trojans (4-19) will now prepare for their contest against Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA). The Mighty Oaks enter the Tidewater Independent contest with a 21-4 record. In their last contest, Norfolk Collegiate triumphed over Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA), 86-64, in a non-league contest.
