In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Northern Highlands Highlanders basketball team scored a tight 60-54 triumph over the St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans.
In their next game, the Highlanders meet the Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ) in a Big North - Independence match, on Thursday, February 8. Northern Highlands will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 5-15 record after their 60-38 non-league loss to Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ).
