In Tuesday's league outing, the Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), by a margin of 85-60.

The Bengals (12-15) will now prepare for their outing against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams go into the South Suburban outing with a 10-14 record. In their last outing, Reavis was trounced by Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL), 68-43, in a league outing.

The Astros now own a 6-20 record. They play next when they travel to College Prep of America for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 8. Shepard will clash with a Thunder squad coming off a 74-47 non-league win over Mooseheart (Mooseheart, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 12-15.
