St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV), 68-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Albans upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Red Dragons host Cabell Midland (Ona, WV) to clash with the Knights in a Mountain State bout on Thursday, February 8. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-11. Cabell Midland won 78-74 in their recent non-league bout against Capital (Charleston, WV)

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 8. Oak Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Flying Eagles go into the bout with a 8-8 record after their 55-53 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV).
