In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Springfield Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 68-48 triumph over the Woodward Polar Bears.
In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the Ross Little Giants (Fremont, OH) in a Northern Lakes match, on Friday, February 9. Springfield will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Little Giants enter the match with a 5-12 record after their 65-51 non-league loss to Lorain (Lorain, OH).
With the defeat, Woodward moves to 3-14 on the year. The Polar bears travel to St. Francis de Sales (Toledo, OH) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Friday, February 9. The Knights enter the match with a record of 9-8. St. Francis de Sales lost 68-59 in their recent league match against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI)
