The Winthrop Ramblers basketball team (Winthrop, ME), was overwhelmed 69-37 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Spruce Mountain Phoenix (Jay, ME)
The Phoenix now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boothbay for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 8. Spruce Mountain will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 89-36 league loss to Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Seahawks record now stands at 5-12.
The Ramblers (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Telstar (Bethel, ME). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 5-11 record.
