The Tennessee School for the Deaf Vikings basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind Cardinals to 28 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradley Knights for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Tennessee School for the Deaf will meet a team coming off a 82-39 non-league loss to CSTHEA (Chattanooga, TN). The record now stands at 0-7.
The Cardinals (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary's School for the Deaf (Buffalo, NY). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, St. Mary's School for the Deaf was defeated by West Seneca Christian (West Seneca, NY), 37-33, in a league contest.
