The Bishop Guertin Cardinals basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Manchester Central Little Green to 19 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spaulding for a Division I contest on Friday, February 9. Bishop Guertin will battle a Red Raiders team coming off a 62-33 non-league loss to Alvirne (Hudson, NH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-11.

The Little Green (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity (Manchester, NH). The Pioneers enter the Division I contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Trinity was routed by Salem (Salem, NH), 75-48, in a league contest.
