Brookings Bobcats (Brookings, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD), 48-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Brookings upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Bobcats host Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD) to clash with the Cavaliers in a AA bout on Friday, February 9. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Jefferson won 54-38 in their recent league bout against Watertown (Watertown, SD)

Next up, the Rough Riders clash with the Watertown Arrows (Watertown, SD) in a AA bout, on Thursday, February 8. Roosevelt will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Arrows go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 54-38 league loss to Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD).
