The Cavaliers now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a Saginaw Valley battle on Friday, February 9. Carman-Ainsworth will confront a Hawks team coming off a 46-42 non-league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 6-7.

The Lightning (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Warriors come into the Saginaw Valley battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Bay City Western was overwhelmed by Dow (Midland, MI), 57-45, in a league battle.
