Nebraska High School Basketball - McCool Junction over Exeter-Milligan/Friend

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) and the host Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats (Exeter, NE), saw McCool Junction's basketball squad overcome Exeter-Milligan/Friend by a tally of 63-46.

With the victory, McCool Junction improves its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Dorchester (Dorchester, NE) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 16-5. Dorchester won 65-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Hampton (Hampton, NE)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Exeter-Milligan/Friend will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Griffin come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 56-27 non-league win over Falls City (Falls City, NE).
