The Fairfield Falcons basketball team (Langdon, KS), was overwhelmed 62-23 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Olpe Eagles (Olpe, KS)

The Eagles now possess a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Osage City for a non-league battle on Friday, February 9. Olpe will confront a Indians team coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Rossville (Rossville, KS). The Indians record now stands at 15-2.

The Falcons (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against Pretty Prairie (Pretty Prairie, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Pretty Prairie trounced South Barber (Kiowa, KS), 41-29, in a non-league battle.
