The Gull Lake Blue Devils basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Lakeshore Lancers to 39 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kalamazoo Central for a Southwestern Michigan - East contest on Thursday, February 8. Gull Lake will meet a Maroon Giants team coming off a 59-25 non-league win over Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Maroon Giants record now stands at 9-8.

The Lancers (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Huskies enter the Southwestern Michigan - West contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Portage Northern was outscored by Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI), 59-25, in a non-league contest.
