The Pattonsburg Panthers basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Maysville Wolverines to 41 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Nodaway for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 8. Pattonsburg will battle a Rockets team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Rock Port (Rock Port, MO). The Rockets record now stands at 15-3.
The Wolverines (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against King City (King City, MO). The Wildkats enter the Grand River West contest with a 16-10 record. In their last contest, King City ran past Osborn (Osborn, MO), 38-15, in a non-league contest.
