Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 40-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Folsom upgrades its record to 14-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA) to clash with the Trojans in a bout on Thursday, February 8. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Oak Ridge lost 63-30 in their recent league bout against Del Oro (Loomis, CA)

Next up, the Miners clash with the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, February 8. Nevada Union will attempt to upgrade on its 17-4 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 45-27 league win over West Park (Roseville, CA).
