Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Columbian Tornadoes (Tiffin, OH), 48-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Anthony Wayne upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Generals host St. John's Jesuit (Toledo, OH) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Tornadoes play the Norwalk Truckers (Norwalk, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Columbian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Truckers come into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 44-27 non-league win over Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH).
