North Carolina High School Basketball - East Surry can't hold off South Stokes

The South Stokes Sauras basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host East Surry Cardinals to 50 in the Sauras non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Sauras now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Starmount for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9.
The Cardinals (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Forbush (East Bend, NC). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 4-13 record. In their last contest, Forbush edged Surry Central (Dobson, NC), 42-29, in a non-league contest.
