In Thursday's non-league test, the Hooker Bulldogs (Hooker, OK) basketball squad trounced the host Alva Goldbugs (Alva, OK), by a final score of 48-19.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Pond Creek-Hunter Panthers (Pond Creek, OK) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 8. Hooker will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 14-8 record after their 72-31 non-league win over Medford (Medford, OK).
The Goldbugs (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Frontier (Red Rock, OK). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 20-4 record. In their last test, Frontier was overwhelmed by Chisholm (Enid, OK), 74-63, in a non-league test.
