The Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA) basketball edged the host Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), 64-62 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Audubon for a Western Iowa bout on Friday, February 7. Logan-Magnolia will play a Wheelers team coming off a 62-57 non-league loss to CAM (Anita, IA). The Wheelers record now stands at 9-10.
With the loss, Ar-We-Va falls to 15-5 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 10-9. Glidden-Ralston lost 63-53 in their recent non-league bout against Ogden (Ogden, IA)
