In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting South Oldham Dragons basketball team scored a good 76-68 triumph over the Evangel Christian Eagles.
The Dragons (18-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Henry (Erlanger, KY). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, St. Henry was topped by Lloyd Memorial (Erlanger, KY), 82-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Evangel Christian will attempt to better on its 5-16 season record. The Colonels go into the contest with a 11-9 record after their 75-54 non-league win over Glasgow (Glasgow, KY).
