The Gibault Catholic Hawks basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting St. Pius X Lancers to 47 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hawks now possess a 8-16 record. They play next when they host Okawville for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Gibault Catholic will play a Rockets team coming off a 55-46 non-league loss to Freeburg (Freeburg, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 12-14.
With the loss, St. Pius X falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Lancers host St. Louis HomeSchool Patriots (St. Louis, MO) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 4-7.
