Indiana High School Basketball - Penn nips Mishawaka Marian

The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) and the visiting Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN), observed Penn's basketball team edge Mishawaka Marian by a score of 44-39.

The Kingsmen (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN). The Panthers come into the Northern Indiana challenge with a 13-4 record.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Jeffersonville Red Devils (Jeffersonville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 8. Mishawaka Marian will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 48-39 league win over Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN).
