The Delhi Bears defeated the visiting Union Parish Farmers basketball squad by a final score of 62-50 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next, the Bears clash with the St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA) in a 1A District 2 outing, on Saturday, February 8. Delhi will attempt to upgrade on its 14-12 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 15-4 record after their 49-13 league win over Tensas (St. Joseph, LA).
The Farmers (15-14) will now prepare for their outing against Oak Grove (Oak Grove, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 16-3 record.
