In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Dimond Lynx basketball team scored a big 65-21 triumph over the Palmer Moose.
The Lynx (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Pole (North Pole, AK). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, North Pole smashed West Valley (Fairbanks, AK), 46-28, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Moose confront the Ketchikan Kings (Ketchikan, AK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Palmer will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Kings go into the contest with a 5-9 record after their 47-43 non-league loss to Sitka (Sitka, AK).
