The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) and the visiting John Champe Knights (Aldie, VA), observed Mountain View's basketball team knock off John Champe by a score of 45-32.

The Wildcats (9-12) will now prepare for their challenge against North Stafford (Stafford, VA). The Wolverines come into the Commonwealth challenge with a 1-15 record. In their last challenge, North Stafford dropped by Stafford (Falmouth, VA), 54-34, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) in a Catoctin challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. John Champe will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record.
