The Riceville Wildcats basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Waukon Indians to 37 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 18-1 record. They play next when they travel to Don Bosco for a Iowa Star game on Friday, February 7. Riceville will confront a Dons team coming off a 69-30 league loss to Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA). The Dons record now stands at 5-13.

With the loss, Waukon falls to 14-7 on the campaign. The Indians host La Crescent (La Crescent, MN) to confront the Lancers in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 2-16.
