In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Bishop Foley Ventures ice hockey team scored a close 4-0 victory over the Farmington Falcons.
The Ventures (4-20) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford (Oxford, MI). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 11-12 record.
In their next game, the Falcons play the Lake Orion Dragons (Lake Orion, MI) in a Oakland - Red contest, on Saturday, February 8. Farmington will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 4-12 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Churchill (Livonia, MI).
