The Jasper Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Barr-Reeve Vikings to 36 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Hills for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Jasper will confront a Patriots team coming off a 71-56 non-league win over Evansville Central (Evansville, IN). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Barr-Reeve falls to 0-2 on the campaign.
