The Broken Bow Savages basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Howe Lions to 58 in the Savages non-league triumph on Friday.
The Savages now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they host North Rock Creek for a non-league game on Monday, February 9. Broken Bow will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 67-59 league loss to Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 19-1.
The Lions (10-11) will now prepare for their outing against Whitesboro (Whitesboro, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league outing with a 13-4 record.
