In Monday's non-league challenge, the Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders (Pearl, MS) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Laurel HomeSchool Knight Hawks (Laurel, MS), by a final score of 13-3.

With the win, Park Place Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Crusaders host Hillcrest Christian (Jackson, MS) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 8. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Laurel HomeSchool falls to 0-1 on the season. The Knight hawks travel to Coastal Mississippi Homeschool (Saucier, MS) to battle the Wildcats in a Mississippi HomeSchool challenge on Saturday, February 19. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
