Illinois High School Basketball - Schurz knocked off by Niles North

The Niles North Vikings basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Schurz Bulldogs to 38 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Park for a Central Suburban - North contest on Friday, February 11. Niles North will meet a Giants team coming off a 42-41 non-league win over Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL). The Giants record now stands at 10-17.
The Bulldogs (6-20) will now prepare for their contest against Brooks (Chicago, IL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 14-13 record. In their last contest, Brooks was outscored by Orr (Chicago, IL), 73-52, in a non-league contest.
