Wisconsin High School Basketball - Luther Prep trounces Messmer

The Luther Prep Phoenix (Watertown, WI) basketball crushed the host Messmer Bishops (Milwaukee, WI), 78-35 in Monday's non-league test.
The Phoenix (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI). The Warriors go into the Capitol - North test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Lakeside Lutheran walloped Lodi (Lodi, WI), 66-48, in a league test.
The Bishops now own a 3-15 record. They play next when they travel to University School of Milwaukee for a Midwest Classic test on Tuesday, February 8. Messmer will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 55-43 non-league loss to Kettle Moraine Lutheran (Jackson, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-6.
