The St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) basketball knocked off the host Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL), 55-42 in Monday's league test.
The Sabers (14-11) will now prepare for their test against Tri-Valley (Downs, IL). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 10-15 record. In their last test, Tri-Valley went down by Olympia (Stanford, IL), 54-35, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 7-20 record.
