Nebraska High School Basketball - Northern Valley can't hold off Alma

The Alma Cardinals basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Northern Valley Huskies to 44 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cambridge for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Alma will battle a Trojans team coming off a 55-48 non-league loss to Norton (Norton, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 10-10.
The Huskies (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Triplains/Brewster (Brewster, KS). The Titans come into the Western Kansas Liberty contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Triplains/Brewster edged St. Francis (St. Francis, KS), 59-29, in a non-league contest.
