The Ballston Spa Scotties basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Niskayuna Silver Warriors to 53 in the Scotties non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Scotties now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saratoga Springs for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue contest on Friday, February 10. Ballston Spa will battle a Blue Streaks team coming off a 62-59 league win over Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 13-4.

The Silver Warriors (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Averill Park (Averill Park, NY). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Averill Park was defeated by Colonie Central (Albany, NY), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
