Massachusetts High School Basketball - Newton South can't hold off Bedford

The Bedford Buccaneers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Newton South Lions to 45 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wayland for a Dual County - Small contest on Monday, February 13. Bedford will battle a Warriors team coming off a 60-41 non-league win over Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-13.
The Lions (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA). The Warriors come into the Dual County - Large contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Lincoln-Sudbury was nudged by Boston Latin (Boston, MA), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
