The Bishop Watterson Eagles (Columbus, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Buckeye Valley Barons (Delaware, OH), 65-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Silver Knights go into the Central Catholic test with a 19-0 record. In their last test, Bishop Ready notched a victory over Dunbar (Dayton, OH), 69-53, in a non-league test.
The Barons now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Grandview Heights for a Mid-State - Ohio test on Friday, February 10. Buckeye Valley will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 66-54 non-league win over Berne Union (Sugar Grove, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-7.
