In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY), by a margin of 71-45.

The Panthers (11-10) will now prepare for their outing against Western Hills (Frankfort, KY). The Wolverines go into the District 41 outing with a 12-9 record. In their last outing, Western Hills was trounced by Woodford County (Versailles, KY), 68-64, in a non-league outing.

The Colonels now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Montgomery County for a District 40 outing on Friday, February 10. Bourbon County will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 89-82 non-league win over Wolfe County (Campton, KY). The Indians record now stands at 13-8.
