Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bowman Academy Eagles (Gary, IN), 75-74 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Michigan City upgrades its record to 12-6 on the season. The Wolves host Lake Central (St. John, IN) to clash with the Indians in a Duneland bout on Friday, February 10. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Lake Central won 56-45 in their recent non-league bout against East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Victory Christian Academy Lions (Valparaiso, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 13. Bowman Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 20-7 record after their 78-60 league loss to La Lumiere Blue (La Porte, IN).
