The Byron Bears basketball team scored 86 points and held the host St. Peter Saints to 58 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lourdes for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Byron will meet a Eagles team coming off a 70-50 non-league loss to Stewartville (Stewartville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 9-13.

The Saints (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Fairmont was routed by Pipestone (Pipestone, MN), 63-53, in a league contest.
