The North Mac Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Carlinville Cavaliers to 47 in the Panthers league win on Tuesday.

With the win, North Mac upgrades its record to 13-14 on the season. The Panthers travel to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, IL) to play the Hiltoppers in a South Central bout on Friday, February 10. The Hiltoppers go into the bout with a record of 15-11. Hillsboro lost 61-51 in their recent league bout against Staunton (Staunton, IL)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Southwestern Piasa Birds (Piasa, IL) in a South Central bout, on Friday, February 10. Carlinville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-18 season record. The Piasa Birds go into the bout with a 15-13 record after their 57-50 league win over Vandalia (Vandalia, IL).
