Kansas High School Basketball - Wichita County nipped by Dighton

The Dighton Hornets tipped the visiting Wichita County Indians basketball team by a final score of 59-54 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Hornets face the Western Plains/Healy (Ransom, KS) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 10. Dighton will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record.

With the defeat, Wichita County falls to 13-4 on the campaign. The Indians host Sublette (Sublette, KS) to battle the Larks in a Hi-Plains battle on Friday, February 10. The Larks come into the battle with a record of 9-6. Sublette won 72-39 in their recent non-league battle against Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS)
