Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Greater Latrobe Wildcats (Latrobe, PA), 64-62 in a league bout.

With the victory, Penn-Trafford upgrades its record to 6-15 on the campaign. The Warriors host Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA) to play the Cavaliers in a WPIAL 5A 3 bout on Friday, February 10. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 12-11. Kiski Area won 63-44 in their recent league bout against McKeesport (McKeesport, PA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 3 bout, on Saturday, February 11. Greater Latrobe will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Gators come into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 62-43 league win over Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA).
